Ashley Poore is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. She has been providing therapy services since 2004.  She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of mental health and emotional issues.  She has specialized training in child centered play therapy with experience in childhood disorders, abuse-related issues, trauma-related problems, and parenting/family issues.   She also works with individuals seeking help with depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, and body image/self-esteem issues.  She offers Child Parent Relationship training, which is a program designed to improve the parent-child relationship.  Ashley’s therapeutic approach is designed to fit the needs of each individual with a goal to enhance balance within their lives through self- healing and the establishment of inner peace.

David Henry is a Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist and has maintained a practice in Hendersonville for the past seven years.

Reflexology is a pwerful healing art and a stand-alone natural health science based on the relationship between the reflex areas of the feet, hands, and ears with the corresponding parts, systems, and organs of the body. Studies have shown that reflexing these mapped areas can be highly effective in stimulating deep relaxation, balancing the body, reducing stress, maintaining and improving health, and creating circumstances through which the body's natural self-healing ability can be enhaced. This energetic natural health approach is being used increasingly in partnership with primary healthcare practices, chiropractic, therapeutic massage, physiotherapy programs, and psychotherapy.

David received his training from the American Academy of Reflexology (AAR) in Atlanta, Georgia with Ko Tan, in the Flocco Method - Integrating Foot, Hand and Ear Reflexology - the most comprehensive reflexology system known today.  In addition, in 2006, David completed a 3-year certification program (400+ hours) in Quantum Energy Theory with well-known teacher, Kim Seer of Detroit, Michigan.  Increasingly, David’s practice is becoming focused toward combining both Reflexology and Energy Balancing.

David maintains his practice at Point the Way Health Consultants and also sees clients in private homes, offices, nursing homes, hospice centers, and hospitals.
